Before you book a campaign.
Is everything created with AI?+
AI is part of the production. Concept, selection, retouching, editing, product control and final delivery are handled by Bureau Boyd.
Will my product remain accurate?+
Paid productions use your real product imagery and references. Shape, material, colour, logo and packaging are checked throughout. If a requirement cannot be delivered reliably, you hear that before production starts.
What do I need to provide?+
A concise brief, product imagery, brand guidelines, audience, channels and deadline. For the free Campaign Check, your website or Instagram and one concrete question are enough.
What is the difference between the Direction Starter and Campaign Sprint?+
The Direction Starter validates one direction with three key visuals and a short reel. The Campaign Sprint develops it into sixteen unique campaign assets.
What counts as one asset?+
One unique publish-ready still, short film or ad creative. A crop of the same work for another format is not counted again.
Which formats can I receive?+
Required channels are agreed during the brief. Vertical, square, landscape and platform-specific versions are all possible and are not limited to three fixed ratios.
How much feedback is included?+
Every paid package includes one consolidated feedback round. Corrections needed to meet the approved direction are not treated as a new direction.
Who owns the rights?+
After full payment, you receive commercial usage rights for the delivered assets with no royalties. Rights to supplied brands, products, music and materials remain with their respective owners.
Can an agency commission Bureau Boyd?+
Yes. Bureau Boyd works directly with brands and as a specialist creative production partner for agencies.
Do you only work in Amsterdam?+
Bureau Boyd is based in Amsterdam and works digitally with brands and agencies across the Netherlands, Europe and worldwide.
When is a traditional shoot the better choice?+
When exact physical interaction, specific talent contracts, documentary reality or complex product demonstration are central, a traditional shoot may be the better choice. Bureau Boyd advises honestly.
How does payment work?+
Payment moments are set out in the proposal. The €490 Direction Starter is fully deducted when you book a Campaign Sprint within 30 days.
Is there any commitment attached to the free Campaign Check?+
No. There is no card or follow-up obligation. A maximum of four brands are selected per month and each company can take part once. The two images are yours and may be published.
